Called Cornerstone Construction to change locks on my property and also to change outlets & fix a power outage issue in my tenants house. Both times they showed up when they said they would, fixed both issues in a timely manner and showed professionalism. Prices were standard and I was happy with the work they did each time. I have an old stone and block house that I was in the process of remodeling with another contractor. It was a bad experience with a lot of things left undone or not done properly and they never came back to finish or fix. JT and team came out for an estimate and just a few days later started the job. JT, Ed and Jay were a pleasure to work with. They know their stuff and got my house finished the right way in a reasonable amount of time. I truly appreciate their transparency at every step and would definitely recommend them when looking to hire a contractor who can do pretty much anything. We had Cornerstone repair and remodel our sunroom which had serious damage due to moisture and poor construction. There was structural damage that threatened to destroy the room. Ed and John are master carpenters and made recommendations that made the structure sturdy and safe. Without them identifying these problems and making the improvements the room would have been unsafe to continue using. They did an excellent job. We will definitely use Cornerstone for future work. Their prices are reasonable which was great because we are retired and on a fixed budget.

I went three days without electricity due to a broken wire main. I've tried to contact several electric companies and they were not able to come to my rescue because they were approaching the weekend and I could not wait until next week to get the power on. I decided to place a phone call to Cornerstone Electric and I was lucky enough to speak to JT. He was kind enough to collecet my information and after that, we met within a short period of time to assess the issue. It was one of the best phone calls that I have made during the course of the day. J.T helped resolving the issue in a professional manner and did an awesome job to restore the outage that I was trying to restore in three days. J.T is a very kind, friendly gentleman and a true professional. I highly recommand him to other clients cause he does excellent work. Thanks JT for a job well done!

When we gutted our downstairs kitchen and living areas to the studs, our entire electric system had to be replaced. Because we were going to insulate with spray foam, JT at Cornerstone had to make sure our new sub panel and every plug, feed, and junction box was perfectly placed before the spray foam was applied. JT and his crew installed all the outlets and lights and appliances perfectly. His communication and many suggestions during the process ended with a dream kitchen. The experience I had with cornerstone construction was by far the most professional, punctual, safe & clean co. I have ever dealt with, The quality of Jonathan Dering's workmanship is top notch, I'm a satisfied customer & would refer him without hesitation, It's not easy today to trust what people say they will or can do , Cornerstone construction will be who I call for any job I may need done in the future, Nice to know there are still good people out there,

I had a situation that was an inconvenience more than an emergency as I lost powered to my garage that is in the back of my property. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they responded immediately and said they would be out at 7:00 AM the next morning. They spent all morning trouble shooting in the garage trying to find why my breaker kept tripping for the garage. After doing some minor repairs and the problem still there, it was determined that the issue was underground going from the house to the garage. The issue being there was still about 6 inches of snow on the ground. With a little bit of a warm up over the weekend, they came out and started digging a new trench, even though the upper part of the yard was still frozen. They started early in the morning and worked like bulls to dig the trench, lay new wire in conduit, and did not leave until the garage was back in operation and all the dirt and grass was put back in place. I really thought I would need to wait weeks to get this work done but they said they would complete as soon as possible and they did. I could not be more pleased with the service they provided.
